Provider Requirements:
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Board Certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP)
- 3 years post-residency, clinical experience
- Past experience as Family Practice faculty preferred
- American citizen
- Requirements for teaching:
- Commitment towards academics, clinical teaching, and physician leadership
- Must possess working knowledge of osteopathic principals and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in manipulation
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teach and supervise the clinical experience and perform patient care in both the inpatient and ambulatory clinic setting
- Assist the Family Medicine Program Director in the successful implementation of the program in accordance with required accreditation and healthcare system guidelines and standards
- Plan, organize, and lead departmental strategies, goals, and operations
