• Located in the Northwest of Louisiana, Shreveport is third largest city in the state.  The city is a major medical center of the region and the state, and is home of Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
• Support staff
• Average of 16 patients/day
• Facility is not yet on EMR system
• Provider will work Monday – Friday
• Shared call, but not heavy
