Provider Requirements:

• Internist
• BC/BE preferred
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS preferred
• AB/AT preferred
• Candidate must be willing to join the practice beginning as an Associate with opportunity to advance as a Partner

• Hospital-owned facility with two other providers
• Average 20 patients/day
• New office building with lab and x-ray on site
• Operates on EMR
• Hours of operation: Monday – Friday   8:00a-5:00p
• City (ER) call is 1:8 / Office call is 1:3 Monday – Thursday
