Community Health Facility seeking BC/BE Family Practitioner to join staff in central North Carolina!

Provider Requirements:

• BC/BE Family Practitioner

Facility Details:

• Central NC
• Less than 45 minutes to Raleigh and approximately an hour and a half to Wilmington.
• Community Health Practice
• Other Physicians and support staff
• Average 20-30 patients/day of all ages
• Lab, x-ray, pharmacy, HIV care, nutrition coordination, WIC, and maternity care coordination on site
• Operates on EMR
• Hours of operation:
• Monday – Wednesday   8:00a-5:00p
• Thursday   8:00a-8:00p
• Friday   8:00a-1:00p
• Negotiable call
